I really like coloring and the shading on this piece; you really take account for the lighting.
The concept however, I only sort of understand (not saying it's bad though)

Thanks. This is meant to be my attempt at cover art. Ya, I think I need to include a description. The idea is that the forward figure is consumed by an illness nicknamed "the red betrayal" because it turns friends into enemies, hence the splashes of red on her. This is why she is clutching a knife in her 3rd arm. She is about to strike at her would be friend.
