This character is a re-draw of this old character I created:
Needless to say, I got a little carried away and diverged quite a bit from the original concept.
As usual the scanning process did not pick up some of the light to mid tones. I will be adding some background colour which, hopefully, should reduce the amount of white light reflected through scanning.

I really like the way the detail pop out at you... you did a really great job at this redo. the color is wonderful.
